The Toppenish/White Swan, WA site is associated with White Swan High School, specifically the rocket club, and is led by Dr. Gregory Van Doren.

RECON is important to Toppenish/White Swam because they believe persistence demonstrates the nature of scientific work. Excitement really waned because of so many equipment issues in 2017/2018 and terrible weather. Dr. Van Doren is hoping to build the team up again. Some of their favorite RECON memories include taking students to RECON events to see more of the outside world and larger scientific community.
