FIELD CONDITIONS: clear at first followed by intermittent high clouds, 45F, relative humidity seemed high

This was a practice night for the 2016 January 20 event with 03WL7.  The sample will be
useful for a finder image for the web site.  We had just barely enough time
to get setup and take the images before sky conditions deteriorated.  The
128x image was taken before the clouds started forming but there may be some
minor issues with file 3 being affected by clouds.  The SKYFLAT image were
taken in a location of the sky that was not affected by clouds and should be
ok to use.
